Father William Cummerford officiated at the double ring ce- remony.

The altar of the church was.de- corated with Easter -iilies-and- daffodils and. the guest pews were marked with white ‘satin bows. The organist, Elmer Power, played appropriate music and accompanied the soloist, Virginia MacDougall as she sang “On This Day O Beautiful ‘Mother and “Ave Maria’.

Given in marriage by her god- father, William McInnis. the ‘bride wore a floor length gown of nylon organza over peau de faille with full skirt trimmed with self fabric roses and pearl and lace applique. The gown featured a portrait neckline with pearl and net applique. fit-
