Prince Edward Island, 32nd Vic., A. D. 1869. Queen’s County. In re James McCraith, of Charlottetown. in the said Island, Merchant, an Insolvent Debtor.

‘Vhereas. at a meeting of the Creditors of the said In- solvent Debtor, held on the Twenty-first day of April, instant. after argument. it was ordered. that as the Schedules of the said Insolvent Debtor were insufficient. he have leave to amend the same; and that upon the Schedules. as amended, being filed. a meeting of the said creditors shall hereafter be called; and whereas the said Schedules, as amended, are now on file in the Records of this Honorable Court. I do order that a meet- ing of the said creditors be held on Saturday. the Thirty-first day of July next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown. aforesaid. at Eleven o’clock. a. m.. for the purposes of the said meeting, first above mentioned; and that this order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper, for three months from the date hereof.

Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o'clock in the fore-

noon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of
