Phyllis Ethel Dickieson of New Glasgow. charged with the theft of $21,982.42, the property of New Glasgow Dairying Com- pany, was remanded to Oct. 5. with two sureties of $5,000 each provided.
Richard Wayne MacPhee of New Haven was fined $100 and costs or 30 days.- on the charge of -driving on the highway a mo- tor vehicle containing marked gasoline.
