BY virtue of a. writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court ot'Judicatnre, at the suit of Alexander Browu,a.gainst Januarius McAdam, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Januarius McAdam, all the right title and interest of the said Junuarius McAdam in and to certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land, situate on Township No. 38, in King’s County. '

The ﬁrst containing 50 acres of Land, 3. little more or less situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the South Side of the Post. Road from Charlottetown, Ecstward, with the buildings and appurtenanccs thereon.

The second containing 10 acres of land, a. little more or less situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the North side; of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastwurd, with the building and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that 1 will on the 19th day of January, 1866, at the Court House in Georgetown, at. the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, setup and sell at public auction the ubovo recited proiierty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being .850, with in. terest on the same from the 22d day of April, 1863, until paid together with His 8d for the said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.
