It published an item recently to which a man took exception, rushed inte the of- tice, paid $17.50 arrearages and stopped his paper. It was a case of sheer luck, for no pay was expected otherwise until his estate was settled. The Reporter is now studying hard to find something at which other delinquents will get mad. It is cheaper than employing a bill collecting lawyer.
