MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia served notice Saturday night that ratification of the Western plan to rea.rm Germany would block new disarmament talks among the great powers and delay German reunification "for long years to come."

The so - minute major foreign prlllCy statement came at the Bol- shoi Theatre at a meeting com- memorating the 31th anniversary of the birth through revolution of the soviet Union.

Thibodeau was taken to .hospital early Saturday morning but died half an hour after being admitted. An autopsy performed Saturday showed a slug from a shotgun had plunged into the left side of his back. shattered ribs and arteries.
