Cost of producing water for distribution in the city'. as will be determined by a survey. to be conducted shortly by a Hall- fax engineering firm. will be a deciding factor in any action taken by the Water Commis- sioners regarding supplying wa- ter to any nearby community. it was named vesteroay.

Village Commissioners of Sherwood met Monday night with the ommissioners to discuss the present situation and to examine the possibility of Charlottetown providing wa- ter for their village.

Some time ago the City had a request from Sherwood for permission to hook onto the storm sewer system of the city but the request was denied pen- ding further examination of the ability of the present system to carry the extra load.
