SHERIFF’S SALES.
Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judica- ture, at the suit of John Let'urgy against Peter McGregor and Michael McNeil, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Michael McNiell,all the Right, Title and interest of th esaid Michael McNeil, in and to Fifty acres of Land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon. situate on the South West Road,Lot or Township Number Sixteen,in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, On Thursday, the Twelfth day of December, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being ScVen hundred and two pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence (£702.) 163 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Writ of Statute Execution to medirecred, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit oFJohn Conley and James Costello |against Bernard McCarvell, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bernard McCarvell, all the Right/I‘itle and Leasehold Interest of the said Bernard McCarvell, in and to all that Building Lot and Premises, situated on Township No. 29, in Queen’s County, near the wharf at Crapaud, having a front of 50, and running back a distance of 113 feet, together with a dwelling House. &c. &c, there- on, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Monday, the second day of December, 1867, at Twelve o‘clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as Will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ. being Fifty-three pounds (£53,) and in- terest on £50 from the first day of November, 1865, together with costs, Sheriff’s fees, and incidental expenses.
