On sugar alone in that time we took off $19,000,000. If the tax which we put on sugarin 1890 had been kepton dur- ing 1891, [892, 1893, 1894, and 1895, the people of this country would have paid exactly $19,000,000 of tax more for that article tuan they have paid, Now, my friend, I have answered your question as to whether we ever took any tax off.
