Island Business Students toAttend Show- case

Five business student participated in the Atlantic Canada Student Business Plan Competition in Moncton on March 29th. The students were: Angela Herlihy, Jenniffer Dunn, Margaret Tesselaar, Anita Gordon and Cathy Dunn. The group prepared a comprehensive business plan for their model company which encompasses marketing, finance, human re- sources, product development and appropriate tech- nologies. The group's project is to process fresh frozen vegetables.

The competition took place at the Food and Seafood Technology Opportunities Showcase in Moncton, In addition the group will have presented in the year’s Policy Presentations held at this University.
