Yes; BILL BLUNT has “elicited the fact to admiration,” no doubt. But what fact is it? The fact of the existence ofa dark and malignant plot. But its locality and design are different from the plot BILL BLUNT strives to persuade us exists. It is u plot hatched in Qlwrlotlctown to ruin the PAL- LADIUM. This is the plot, Sir. “It is now before the pub- lic,” in the most unequivocal shape. To use BILL BLus'r’s own language, “1 have performed my duty. It now remains lor those who are interested, to say whether they will allow their ‘noses to be cut ofi'to spite their faces,’ or manifest their disapprobation of such a line of conduct.”
