The Liberal Party an- nounced Wednesday that the Hon. Allan MacEachern, will give a public lecture in

the Duffy Amphitheatre,

Thursday, September 22, at

2 PM.

V Mt. MacEachern is present- ly the president of the Privy Council and the former Min- ister of External Affairs.

Mr. MacEachern was also the chief negotiator for Canada

in the recent pipeline debate

with the United States.
