Whereas application hath been made to this Court on the part o the above named plaintiff, Thomas Heath Haviland, stating that the sums of Fifty-nine pounds, principal money and interest, and Three pounds costs, are due and owing to him on and secured by a cerium Judgment entered of Record, at his suit against Alpxuudm.
