The ECMA weekend had many unofficial show- cases of Atlantic Canadian talent, but the best one was most definitely The Cadre’s own Alter-Cases. All biases aside, where else could one see twelve great bands—from folk to rock to hip hop—in one evening for a mere five dollars ? Only at the Alter-Cases, friends. Only at the Alter-Cases. So here are a few photos of the first evening of the Alter-Cases. For those of you who attended, the photos will provide a great reminder of what hap- pened. For those of you who did not attend, well, here is what you missed. As the wise man once said: “It sucks to be you.”
