tse” A Vesse!, said to be a Brigantine frozen up in the ice, has been seen drifting up and down the Gulf, on the North side of the Isiand, for.some days past Ou Thursday or Friday last she was close in on the sacore pearthe Sandhills, at the entrance of Richmond Bay, and a number uf persons went down on the beach, and would have boarded her could they have procured asuitable boat. On Monday last she was again seen to the Tastward of New London Harbour. We were conversing with a person from New London, who was looking at her threugh a good glass on Monday lust, and he states he could not perceiveany one on board, or any smoke, denoting that she wasinhabited.
