In Dunk River—in the locality shown on the plan thereof, an- nexed to the said application, and described as follows—The Eastern boundary thereof, shall be a right line drawn from the extremity of IIurd’s Point Wharf, to Wilmot I’omt, Township Number :25, and thence extended to the shore, under or near George Darby’s, Township Number 17, the outer or Western boundary thereof. a line drawn from Indian Point Reef. to Welling’s Point, Township Number 17.

IN QUEEN’S COUNTY

In the Hillsborough River—in the first division, described as follows:—-—The Eastern boundary thereof, shall be a line drawn from the Queen’s Wharf, Charlottetown, to the Wharf at Minchin’s Point—the Southern boundary shall be a line drawn from Block Ilouse Point, to Trout l’ointwthe Northern boundary, a line drawn from the Queen’s Wharf, to York Point, Township N um- her IE2, and its ll’estern boundary, a line drawn from York Point to Cause Point.

His Excellency in Council has been pleased to order, that grants of the rights and privileges so applied for, be offered for Sale at Public Auction, on Saturday, the 0th day of .Iune next, in terms of the Act of the General Assembly, intituled “ An Act to repeal the Act. relating,r to the Oyster Fisheries of this Island, and to make other provisions in lieu thereof.”
