Fire in Hatifax. Hauirax, Jan, 2.

A fire early this morning burned out the Kandy Kitchen fran by A. M. Hodge, on Barringion street. Ic was insured for £4,000, which will cover the loss. The surrounding buildings esca ed. Rosse, photographer in the Hodge building, loses nearly everything. Schultz, jeweler, was flooded by water. His is heavy. Scovil and Page’s clothing in store was damaged by smoke to the extent of over a thousand dollars.
