The supper was delicious and enjoyed by all. Ice Cream and pop were sold. and the children enjoyed the novelty sale to perfection. A good sum was realized for church purposes.

The people of Albany and vicin- ity were saddened to hear of the passing ofMrs. Eldon H. Large at the Prince Edward Island Hos- pital on May 22nd, I956.
Edith. as she was fsmiliary known. was born at Cape Trav- erse forty-four years ago. daught- cr of Harry and the late Ruth Crossnian.
Edith became ill several months before her death and entered the hospital for treatmment. All med- ical aid was given to keep on earth this good wife and mother but God in his mercy saw it best to rcleiive her of her sufferings and once again gave the Divine Call ”Come unto me all ye that are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest."
It is in her home she will be .most sadly missed for when In health her work and the duties of hcr home were her chief delight.

The largely attended funeral took place on May 24th with a private service at her home fol- lowed by public services in the Trycn Baptist Church. Services at the house and church were con- ducted by her pastor. Rev. Dr. Barrass assisted by Rev. H. L. Mitton, Charlottetown. who spoke words of comfort and edification to her family and friends. Inter- ment was in the Peoples Cemet ery.

Windsor is taking a new interest in his 4.000-acre cattle ranch in the Alberta foothills.
The duke is a large shareholder in a newly-formed Canadian com- pany which has leased the ranch to establish breeding herds of Hereford and Galloway cattle and Wessex pigs.
First shipment of 25 head of cattle from Scotland will reach the ranch in September, It is known as the R. P. ranch. for Edward Prince. The duke may visit the ranch in the near future.
