ast Friday the Engineering Society had our Annual Corn

oil. The Corn Boil is the first chance for all of the new

ciety members to get to know each other. The lucky tablishment chosen for the site of the Corn Boil was the illstream Barn in Brackley. There was a good turnout of embers, approximately sixty in all. The fun started at 4:00 hen the first van arrived. Not long after, the pool table was sy and the music was loud. A full crowd was on hand by 00.

Hockey

¢ Engineering Society has put up a sign-up sheet for an tramural hockey team. There are sheets in the first and ird year rooms. The membership is up this year in the ciety so we are expecting a good turn out.

Ona serious note, the Engineering Society would like to

take this opportunity to give our full support to the victim and of the recent assault of campus and her family. We also support the CFS in their ‘‘No Means No’’ campaign. We feel that it is an important issue and it should be addressed.
