UBLIC notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme

Court of Judicature, and Court of Assise and general Jail deliVery, for King’s County, will be held at the Court House, in Georgetown, on Tuesday, the 27th day of February next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Bailiﬁ’s, will take notice,and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulﬁl those things which by reason of their several oﬁices shall be to be done.

N pursuance of a Decree made by this Honorable Court, in this suit, hearing date the Thirteenth day of November last, there will be Sold by Public Auction, in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlottetown, on SATURDAY, the ﬁfth day of MAY next, at the hour of Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, ALL that tract, piece or parcel of LAND, situate, lying and being in the Royalty of Princetown, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, consisting of SIX PASTURE LOTS, numbered as follows, that is to say, Number Twenty, (20) Number Twenty-one, (21) Number Twenty-two, (22) Number Forty-one, (41) Number Sixty-three, (63) and Number Sixty-four, (64), as laid down on the plan of said Royalty, containing Forty-eight acres of land, in Lots of Eight acres each, be the same more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all easements, rights and appurtenances to the same belonging or appertaining. John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against William Patrick Kelly, of St. Patrick’s Parish, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said William Patrick Kelly, All his right, title and interest, in and to two certain tracts, pieces or parcels of Land, situate on Township Number 39, in King's County. The ﬁrst containing 19 acres of Land, a little more or less, fronting on the Post Road leading to St. Peter’s, with the appurtenances there- on. The second containing 12 acres of land, a little more or less, fronting on Sinnot’s Road; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 8th day of August next, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property to satisfy the levy mark- ed on the said Precept, being £16 (is 7d., besides Sheriff’s fees and

of James Yeo against Sylvang DeRoche, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Sylvang DeRoche, All the right , title and freehold interest of the said Defendant, in and to 75 acres of Land, situate on Township No. l7, in Prince Count} ; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 22d day If February, 1866, at l2 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ,being £13 13s 4d, with interest on £11, part thereof, from the 12th day of September, 1862, until paid, besides Sheriﬁ’s feel
