The followmg will be the District limits and numeri- cal order of the several Companies of the above Regi- ment:
No. 1—Capt. David Rogers—Lot 25. east of old Malpeque Road, and Lot 26, north of Dunk River, and east of said road.
No. 2—Capt. George Dowall—Lot 25, west of old Malpeque Road.
No. 3—Capt. ‘ Samuel Bagnall—South-eastern sec- tion Lot 26. North by Dunk River, and \Vcst by a. road connecting Anderson and old Malpequc roads.
No. 4—Capt. Frederick Moyse--Central section Lot 26, east by connecting and oid Malpeque roads; west by South Bedeque Road.
No. 5—Capt. William McFarlane—Lot 26, west of South Bedeque Road.
No. 6—Capt. Philip F. Irving—.—Lot 27, south of a line running from County line at P. Kelly’s, westward, to W. Crawford’s. and thence to line of 26.
No. 7—:Capt. Arthur Irving—Lot 28, west of east- ern branch of Cape Traverse, and a road running from Cape 'I‘raVerse to Bedeque Road.
No. S—Capt. John Leard lVIuttart—W’est Central Section Lot 28. west by eastern branch Cape Traverse river, and road from Cape Traverse to Bedeque Road, cast by half Lot line.
No. 9—Capt. William Thomas—East central sec- tion, west by half Lot line, east by eastern branch 'Il‘ryon river, and road running from Bright’s to Tryon lead.
No. IO—Capt. John Jessie \Vright—Lot 27, north of a line running from County line at l’. Kelly’s west- ward to N. Crawford’s, and thence to line of 26.
No. ll—Capt. W. B. Clark—Lot 28, east of cast- ern branch Tryon River, crossing at the Brights, and including road running to Tryon llead.

Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of IIer Majesty’s Supreme Court or Judicature, at the suit of James McDonald against John Andrew McDonald. 1 have taken and seized, as the property of the said John Andrew Mc- Donald, All the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said John Andrew McDonald, in and to a Lot of Land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon,situate in Summerside, in Lot or Township Number 17. on a part of which the Summerside Ban: buildings, Dr. Price’s Office, the Fragrcssotlicc, a large warehouse and some other buildings are erected, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the Sixteenth day of April, 1868, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at Pub- lic Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being three thousand and three pounds, (£3003) with in- terest on £3000. a part thereof from lst April, 1867, until paid, and 16s. 8d. for said writ, besides Sheritl’s fees and incidental expenses.
