Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands. against David Smith of Lot or Township No. 11, I have taken and seized, as the pro- perty of the said David Smith, All his right, title and interest, in and to Fifty (50) acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings thereon erected, situate on Township number 11, in l’rinCe County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 5th day of February. 1865, at the Court House at St. Elea- nor’s, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property to satisfy the levy marked on the said Precept, being Seven pounds six shillings and nine pence, besides Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses. ‘
