By providing and facilitating the printing of the UPEI Student Union Budget in a manner not deemed appropriate by Council you have performed an action in violation of Article XIX, Sub- Section A, of the UPEI Student Union Constitution.

Furthermore, this action has opened the UPEI Student Union to potential legal liability, while irresponsibly exposing members of the Student Union and its staff to the potential for individual harm, and the commercial entities of the UPEI SU to a significant competitive disadvantage.

In acting unilaterally on behalf of the UPEI SU Council without any prior notice of intent to do so, nor any prior discussion regarding this issue, and before exhausting all other appropriate avenues to have your concerns heard, you have violated your oath of office as a UPEI SU

Councillor.

As a result the UPEI SU trecniee hereby Cirle requests your resignation as Graduate Students Representative of the UPEI Student Union.
