Advices just received from the Gov- ernment of Irkutsk, eastern Siberia,are to the affect that a large number of Russian exiles there had revolted, but were subiiued after a desperate contest with the authorities. Nine soldiers and 30 exiles were killed and many were wounded on both sides. Great excite raeut bad prevailed, but affairs are now quiet, although a number of the unruly tear swift punishment.
