as shall, from time to time, be demanded or required viz:—

lIard and Soft Bread. Molasses. Oatmeal, S'al Oil and (ford Wood.

All these articles are required to be of the best quality. The Wood to be four feet long, and to be piled in the respective Jail Yards,six feet high at the expense of the Contractoraind to consist of Black and Yellow Birch. Beech and Maple. No crooked or rotten wood will be taken.

Tenders must express the price per pound, gallon and cord, in the currency of this Island, and be accompanied by the names of two sufficient securities for the performance of the contract.

Payment to be made by Warrant on the Treasury. Tenders to express on the cover the Jail Service tendered for.

\, IIEREAS‘ upon reading the Petition of Jedidiah S. Carvell,

Esquire, Administrator of the said Estate, now on file, setting forth that the Personal Property {of the said deceased was insufficient to pay ol‘fthe debts due by the said Estate, and praying that License may be granted to him to sell the Real Estate of the said deceased to pay otf the said debts, so far as the same may re‘ alise; and also upon reading a certified copy of the Inventory of the property of the said deceased, also on file, and annexed to the said petition. Now, therefore, I do order that the parties inter- ested in the said Estate do appear before Inc in the Court House of the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown, in the said Island, on MONDAY, the Thirty-first day of DECEMBER, inst., at noon of the same day, to shew cause, if any they can, why the prayer of the said petition should not be granted; and 1 do further order that a. true copy of this order be published in the Royal (:‘azrlte newspaper of this Island, for at least three consecutive weeks from the date hereof, so that all parties interested in the said Estate may have notice thereof.
