At the present time I believe it to be the imperative duty of every member of our Order to buckle on the armor of our war- fare, and in the name of the Lord of Hosts go forth to the conflict. The enemies of our cause are on the war path, and will we slumber at our post? No, Brethren ! Let us shout the battle ery, and into the conflict, and victory wll inevitabiy be ours.
