The meet- cpeneri with the “Fairy Ring" with Brown Owl Betty Puncher and Tawny Owl, Mrs. Ivan Vessey and the Brownies at which they all danced very nuirriiy. A terrific "Grand Howl“ was given to Mrs. Jeni-tins before the ‘work of the Brownies began. Work is approach- ed very serictisly and conscientious- ly by this Par-k and they recently raised over $10 by a candy 5516 which was excellent for such little girls. Mrs. Jenkin; was asked for a worthy project to use some o! the money, which shows that. the ﬂfQwnles are living gp to their promisg of itclpirtg others. It is lovely to know that even such young children devote thought and time to other people not so for- tunate as themselves. One idea that appealed to the Brow-tiles was that. of helping some new Guides and Brownies that have no money for equipment and uniforms. Dlenne Dixon and Carol McLean were enrolled and the following Brownies were the hﬂPPY recipients of the Golden Bar. Evelyn McKay. Fay Hickox. Joyceland Stewart. Dianne Dixon. Brenda McKay, congratulations Brownies and let is not be long before you wear that Golden Hand. The progress chart ‘was proudly brought up to date by the Brown Owl and games were enjoyed. especially the new fish pond game that Mrs. Jenkins brought along. The fish. were pretty alive and active but the Brownies soon got them under con- trol. The “Plxies" with Slxer Evelyn McKay were the Winners each time. (Guess you were smart Brownies.) The meeting ended with the "Magic Tunnel” and all the Brownies disappeared. We are sorry
