Y virtue ofa writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of _ Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with exemplificaiion ofthe Will an- nexed ofall and singular the goods, chattels and credits, which were of David Stuart Rennie, deceased at the time of his death, against Lazar Martin, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Lazar Martin, All his Estate, right, title and leaSehold interest, in and to 46 acres of land, situate on Let er Township No. 23, in Queen’s County, in the said Island; and Ido hereby give public notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the 27th day of February, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, set up and sell the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £27 103, besides Sherid’s fees and incidental expenses.

Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Henry Gates against Hugh Stewart, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Hugh Stewart, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Ilugh Stewart, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in that division of Lot or Township No. 35, in Prince Edward Island, called St. Martin’s, bounded as follows, that is to say, commeucmg at a stake set in the shore of the Ilillsborough River. and in the division line between the properties of John McDonald and of the late Alexander MeDonell and Flora Anna Maria his wile, thence running South on the said division line to a certain well at the edge of the Marsh, thence East on the said line three chains, thence South 83 chains and 75 links, thence West l0 chains, thence North 83 chains and 75 links, thence West 3 chains. thence North 21 chains and 25 links to the llillsborough River aforesaid, thence following the various courses of the shore of the said River to the aforesaid stake or place of beginning. containing 100 acres of land, a little more or less, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give pub- lic notice, that I will, on Friday, the 29th day of December, 1863, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court llouse in Charlottetown, in the said County, Set up and sell at public auction, the said propert", or as much thereof asswill satisfy the levy marked on the said wri;, being £111 debt, with interest thereon from the 25th day of April, A.D., 1864, until paid, and £21 costs. together with 163. 8d, for this writ, besides Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses THOMAS W.
