WHAT'S NEW FOR 1988

Provincial Parks are planning a very busy summer season with several new interpretive programs and activities. Perhaps the

biggest undertaking is "Interpretation Week," scheduled for July

Interpretive programming will also be expanding into more parks this summer through the development of a mobile programming unit. This unit will be travelling throughout the eastern region offering programs in parks and to people who have traditionally not received the service. The unit will also be arranging day-long special events in some of the underutilized parks in order to increase visitation and usage.
