Miss Jones, who for the purpose of her thesis, was given access to the files and records of CF‘A., and who had the co-operation of the staffs of the national and various provincial federation offices, has written in excellent style of the history and the organizational set.- up of the Federation, and gives sympathetic treatment to her an- alysis oi the problems confront- lng the farmers of Canada in their efforts to organize in such a manner as to have an effective voice in national affairs, and in the formation of agricultural policy at national and provincial levels.
