1868," I do, by his IIonor’s directions, hereby appoint

Saturday. the Twelfth day of June next, at the Court

House, in Charlottetown, at Eleven o’clock, in the

foreman, as the time and place for meeting of the cre-

ditors of the said Francis Panting, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs, and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
