Whether you spent your read- ing break reading or not is none of my business. My concern is that

you had a break of some kind, and’

that it was relatively free from fi- nancial Stress. (It can be such a drag to have fee time with no funds.) Perhaps, next year your budgeting will be such that your reading break. is everything that you need it to be.

This year still holds midterms for some of you and I hoe all goes well. When you have free time I invite you to drop by student ser- vices for a look at the undergrad- uate and graduate financial aid binders and accompanying files.

There are still any awards avail- able.

The Provincial student aid appeals board met recently, and will probably meet a few more times before the semester is out. If you are thinking about pursu- ing an appeal of your own, then get me to have a look at it first. i can give advice, or relieve some of those unnecessary fears, or both. I have been the student repre- sentative on the board for three years now, and, believe me, the process is not as bad as you think.

The committee meeting con- cerning the fee 9th deadline UPEi Awards is scheduled for Friday March 2 nd. It usually takes an- other week or so before notice is received by the winners.
