Stolen Mails.

Vicroria, B. C., May 2. The astounding discovery has been made that the mails which left Vietoria March 21 and 24, for the East and Europe, never reached their destination. Robbery is assigned as the cause. The pecuniary loss will be heavy. Last December two mails from Canada and England for Victoria, via Northern Pacific, were stolen.
