The various literary and musical pumbers opposite the names of the Misses Josie Blake, [da Byrne, Annie Macdonald, Martba King, and the other litle ones were given in a manner that was highly creditable. The _ in- strumental quartette by the Misses Murphy, McEachen, Blake and Carroll was greatly appreciated, as were also the cornet selections by Mr. Brown, and the whistling solo by Master Robbie Hogg. Miss S eati- ford’s reading was given iu her best style, and afforded much pleasure; and Mr. Whitlock’s comic song took the house by storm. Muss Adele Sullivan’s vocrl solo was rendered in an excellent manner and was a charming Couiributien to the even- ing’s entertainment. The one act comedy by a number of the little girls furnished much amusement. The entertainment throughout was higuly creditable to its promoters.
