The last raise recommend- ed by them previous to this year's raise was in 1952.

Hon. Keir Clark opposed the mo- tion on the grounds that the Board was not broad enough. As it stood now. he said. one man could sway the price so that it would be going up every day. He felt there should be some lever from the Ex- ecutive Council or as an alterna- tive have a larger board.

C.C. Baker. Liberal. Fourth Prince, noted that the amendment took away all the powers of the I leutenant Governor in Council. He felt the Council should retain some say in the matter.

FINAL DECISION

Mr. Cullen reminded Mr. Baker that the Milk Board was appointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and if they did not approve of the Board's ac- tion they could dismiss it and ap- point another board.

LONDON (Reuters) - Moscow radio Friday night accused the Western powers of "encouraging and inciting Israel to new mili- tary provocations."
