Timber for Settlers.
11. The sytem of wood lots in prairie tewn- ships shall be con tinued—that is to say, home- stead settlers having no timber on their own lands, shall be ; ermitted te purchase wood lots in area not exceeding 20 acres each, at a uniform rate o! $5 per acre, to be paid in eash.
12.
