THe Capital reports taht the owners and occupiers of houses in Fredericton, N. B., are having the numbers put up thereon, and that a postal delivery is in prospective. Mr. Me- Alpine, while here compiling his Directory surveyed the city and numbered each dwelling, but no steps towards putting up the numbers have yet been taken. Who will move in the matter? The cost is trifling, and asa postal delivery is necessary, and must be established in the near fature, the sooner the numbers are put up the better.
