SHERIFF’S SALE. Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Hon. James Yeo against John Cameron, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Cameron, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Cameron, in and t0 Sixty-two Acres of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot No. 16, on the Eg- mont Bay Road near Kent’s, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I Will, on Thursday, the 13th day of De- cember. 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Elea- nor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £37 83. 3 ﬁd. currency, with interest on £34 8s. 3§d., part thereof, from 30th January, 1865, until paid, and 17s. for said writ, besides Slierilf’s fees and incidental expenses.
