Section L. The plot of yroaud at the west end of Queeu Square, vested in the City by the Statute of zJrd Victoria, Cap. 26, shall hereafter be known as the Market place of the City of Charlottetown, and the building thereon asthe Charlottetown Murket : wud it sliall not be lawful, after the publication ot this Law, within the said Market place or the Streets surrounding, viz: from the west corver of Grafton and Queen Streets to the south corner of Kichinond and Queen Streets, thence aleng the south side of Richmond Street for the distauce of
