IS Honor the Judge or Commissioner. has been plenaod to make the following further orders and rules therein. viz :—

7th. That his IIonnrmay. from time to time. extend the Term of Protection that may be granted to an In- solvent Debtor. under the Eleventh Section of ” The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act. 1868.” beyond the time of four calendar months. as specified in the said section. in the same way as set forth by the Fifty-fourth section of the said Act. in cases of appeal, 21! est. by endorsmg on the original certificate of Protection, a memorandum to that effect. and the same shall be in force during the time that. the certificate shall be so extended. unless it be suspended by order of the Judge or Commissioner of the said Court.

8th. Whenever any amendments are allowed by his Honor, to the Schedules on file in this Honorable Court, they shall be written. signed and attested by the Peti- tioner. on a separate paper. in the same. manner as the original Schedules were signed and verified, on the oath of the Petitioner.
