On the first of October 1946 Father Dunphy was taken on strength of the RCAF as I Squadron Leader. On the move again in Oct. 1946. he was trans- ferred to Eastern Air Command in Halifax. In July 1947. Si. Dun- phy was transferred from Eastern Air Command to Central Air Com- mand now known as Training Command Headquarters.

On the 15th of Oct. 1950. his un- tiring efforts were rewarded by
