Digestiblility of Cold Food,

It is impossible to digest articles of food until they are raised to a moderately high temperature. Much of the illness preva- fent in summer would be avoided if people ate warin food, as they do in wiriter. Deli- cate persong especially should ayoid cold dishes and drinks.
