Bisnor Boyp, of Montreal, is strongly in favor of the legal prohibition of the liquor traffic. In the course ofa recent charge, after adducing the arguments of certain good men whoare averse to prohibi tion, while at the eame timethey advocate ® temperance as severe as that of the prohibitionists, the speaker said :
