consisting of about 15 acres of wheat, oats and barley, 3 of po- tatoes anc 9 of hay, very little inferior to the crops around Charlottetown. 6 acres of fallows preparing for wheat next year, 8 acres of grass depastured two years. 10 acres have been reclaimed from a wilderness state within the last four years, and 40 acres more can be, at the trifling og of about eight shilliags peracre. The house and buildings are not new, but they are warm and convenient. There is also 2 large and productive garden, secured by a dyke, and a paddock of 2 acres of permanent pastuce, similarly fenced, with a never failing stream of water running throughout. About 500 longers will complete the enclosure of the whole farm.
