With the increasing cost of maintaining standard hos- pital services the trustees find it necessary to enforce the collection.of all outstanding accounts. Individual notices have gone out and all persons affected are asked to ar- range settlement to avoid the embarrassment of legal pro- ceedings. . -

DEPOSITS

To avoid further accumulation of unpaid accounts the trustees find it necessary to ,insist on a satisfactory deposit as well as arrangements for any balance before hospitaliza- tion. This system is in effect in practically all hospitals of a size comparable to the P. E. 1. Hospital.
