Young Ling Sine. recently ar- rived in Vancouver from China, speaks no English but has become a lull-fledged Boy Scout in the 32nd Vancouver (Chinese) Troop. His Scautmaster, William Sin- clair, can speak no Chinese, but taught. Ung Sing his Tenderioot tests through Canadian-born mem- bers of the Troop who speak both Chinese and English. There are now l8 Scouts in the 32nd Van- couver troop. all Chinese, all in iull Soout tmlform and a credit to the Bay Scout-s Association.

Enthusiasm la klen among Can- adian Boy Scouts tar the llrst Canadian Scout Jamboree to be held near Ottawa next July. Prince Edward Island hopes to send 36 boys; N. S. 140; N. B. 175; Que. bec has 1S0 registrations to date. Ontario has 361 applications, Manitoba 96, Columbia 290.

Gitario Rover Scouts (older Boy Scouts) held their first winter Rover Moot at Camp Sumac, Oshawa, On January E and 30. 200 Rovers attended.
