In re Strang Hart, of Campbleton, Township No. 4. in Prince County. in Prince Edward Island, Gentle- man, an Insolvent Debtor.

OTICE is hereby given that, on application of Strang , Hart, of Campbleton, in the County of Prince. in Prince Edward Island, made to his Honor the Commis- sioner 1n Insolvency, pursuant to “ The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1868,” I do. by his Honor’s directions. hereby appoint Saturday, the fourteenth day of May next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown. at Eleven o’clock. in the forenoon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said Strang Hart, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by

him under the said Act.

all persons having any property of the said Insolvent

Debtor, or being in any way indebted to him, to deliver and pay the same to me.

Y virtue of a writ of Alias Statute Execution to me : directed. issued out ofHer Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of George Alley and Louis Henry Davies, against Margaret Collings. I have taken and seized as the preperty of the said Margaret Col- lings. all the right. title and freehold interest of the said Margaret Collings, in and to all that piece or parcel of land situated in Charlottetown, Queen’s County, bein the Western half part of Town Lot No. 90, in the 2nd hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown, aforesaid, to- gether with all the houses. buildings and appurtenances therenn-to belonging. and I do hereby give Pub- lic Notice. that I will. on Tuesday. the sixthteenth day of August, 1870, at twelve o’clock, noon. at the Court House. in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ. being sixty pounds one shilling and eight- penee, debt and costs, with interest on ﬁfty-six pounds ﬁfteen shillings, part thereof, from the 17th day of May last, A. D. 1869, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses, and 165. 8d, for writ.

Stray Heifer.

THERE has been, on the subscriber’s premises, for

the past tWO months, a. Stray Heifer, about three years old: color—~spotted red and white—~pricipally white. She has no horns. The owner can have the above animal by proving property and payingexpenses, as otherwise she will be sold by Public Auction before my barn on the 18th day of March, next, at 12 o’clock, noon, in compliance with the provisions of the Law

Y virtue of a Precept to me directed, issued by the Hon- orable John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against John McPherson, of Grand River, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John McPherson, all the right, title and interest, in and to that piece or parcel of land situate on Township Fifty-four, in King’s County, and thus described: Commencingat the north side of DingWell’s road, at the south-east angle of land sold to Angus McPherson; thence north one hundred chains; thence south sixtyonine degrees, west ten chains and seventy-two links ; thence south to the road; thence along the road to the place of commencement, containing an area of one hundred acres of land, a. little more or less, in King's County, and I do here- by give Public Notice, that I will, on \Vednesday, the 26th day of January, A. D. 1870, at the Old Court House, in Georgetown, in the said County, at the hour of two o’clock, p. m., set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, to satisfy the levy marked on the said Precept, being for the sum of Twenty-eight pounds (£28), besides Sheriff ’5 fees

Ross, against John Coiley, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Coiley, all the right, title, and leasehold interest of the said John Coiley, in and to all that piece or parcel of land at Dundas Cross, Grand River, on the south side of the road leading to Dingwell’s Mill, consisting of one-fourth of an acre of land, with dwel- ling house, stable and shed erected thereon, on Township No. Fifty-ﬁve, in King's County; and I do hereby give Pub- lic Notice, that I will, on Friday, the Twenty-eighth day of January, A. D. 1870, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Georgetown, set up and sell, at Public Auction. the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satis- fy the levy marked on the said Writ, being for the sum of one hundred and twenty-four pounds, thirteen shillings and four-pence, besides Sheriff ’5 fees and all incidental expenses.
