The six junior teams pulled for the junior trophy given by Strong and Morrison for the Fourth and Fifth districts of Prince. The teams gave great exhibitions of strength» and endurance, and were widely. cheered by the supporters from’ their home polls. whom they brought with them.

The following is the sununary of the junior teams: North Bedeque vs Central Bedcqne. North Bedeque won both pulls, the first one be- ing in two minutes and the second in forty five seconds.

Now Annan vs Freetown: Free- town won both pulls; the first in forty two seconds and the second in thirty six seconds.

Lower Bcdeque vs Albany: Al. bany won both pulls ;the first in seventeen seconds and the second s. very exciting pull. in two min- utes and fifty two seconds.

There was one pull for the Sen- ior Trophy between Kensington and St. Eleanors. The Kensington imam was captained by the veteran James Pendergast, while St. Eleanors had ‘a young captain Roy Tanton. The first and second pulls were won by Kcnsingtbn, the first in t/wo min- utes and the second in one minute and fifty five seconds. In thcsc pulls the different teams change ends each time they pull.
