Right: Agent M thinks that he sees evidence of Mole People beyond the series of wires and pipes in front of him. Unfortunately, there is no way to get through. Mole People, unlike humans, have bones that are very flexible which allow them to squeeze through tight places. Amazing.

Above Left: The tunnels are very dark and filled with obstacles. If it were not for their flashlights, the explor- ers would not have been able to see the hot water pipes depicted here. They would have stumbled into the pipes and burned their soft, smooth skin.

Left: This particular pipe is very hot. Notice how the explorers’ spit has dried up almost instantly, leaving only a sickly residue.

Right: Agent X has a skull and crossbones painted on the back of his jumpsuit and an X made of duct tape on the seat of his pants. They are there to scare any Mole People who may try to per- form sneak attacks upon him.

Left: Finally the explorers find conclusive proof of the Mole People. It looks as though this is one of their dens. It is curious how they have a garbage can, yet the den is so filthy.
