First, commencing on the Western side of the New Glasgow Itoad,attl1c North-east corner of George Smith’s, thence along George Smith's boundary to the Hunter River, thence Northwardly along the ltiver, a sullicient distance to give 3. Width, at right angles. f'rom said side line, of seven chains, thence North, ﬁfty- cight degrees thirty minutes, East to the New Glasgow Road, thence along the Road to the place of commencement, having a. width on front of seven chains, containing by estimation, thirty- eight (:58) acres, be the same. little more or less.

Second, cunmencing on the Western side of New Glasgow Road, at a stake fixed at the North-east corner of Henry Ball’s land,run- ning thence along Henry Ball’s northern boundary to the Hunter liiver, thence Northwardly along the course of the River, a suf- ficient distance to give a width, at rightangles from said side line, of eight chains, thence North fifty-eight degrees thirty minutes East, to the New Glasgow Road; thence along the Road eight chains to the place of commencement, containing by estimation Thirty-six (36) acres, be the same little more or less.

Third, one moiety or half part of the following tract. that is to say, commencing at a stake fixed on the Eastern side of the road leading from Charlottetown to New Glasgow, at the boundary of land formerly occupied by William Hill,and extending Southward- ly along said read, eleven chains,and going back by parallel lines, North, sixty-four degrees, cast, until it reaches the division line of the said Township, containing by estimation, Sixty-one (61) acres, be the same a little more or less. And I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Tuesday the 27th day of February, I866, at l2 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £85 6s 4d. besides Sheriﬁ’s fees and incidental ex- pcnses.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature at the suit of Barbara Lelia Alice Peake, Thomas Peake, Daniel Hodgson and James Peake, Executors ot the last will and testament of James Peake, deceased, against Lawrence Barrett, John Barrett and Cyprian Barrett, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Lawrence Barrett, John Barrett and Cyprian Barrett, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Lawrence Barrett, John Barrett and Cyprian Barrett, in and to ALL that piece or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being in the parish of Bedford, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and which is part andparcel of Township Number Thirty-seven (37) bounded and admeasuring as follows, that is to say : commencing at a. stake ﬁxed in the shore on the North side of Hillsborough River; thence running North- for the distance of one hundred and thirty chains along the bound- ary line of lands formerly belonging to Lawrence Barrett, the elder; thence running East for the distance of seven chains and ﬁfty links; thence running South until it strikes the said river; thence follow- ing the courscs of the river westwardly, to the place of beginning; making and including One Hundred Acres, a. little more or less, with the buildings thereon, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Eighteenth day of" Novem- ber, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlotte- town, in the said County, set up and sell, at. Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £153 95. 55d. debt, with interest from the Twenty-fifth day of August, 1847, and sixteen pounds six shillings and seven pence, together 165. 8d., for this writ, besides Sheriff’s
